These terms apply to all users, including Discord server administrators who self-host the bot and end users who interact with it on Discord.
TicketBot is a self-hosted Discord bot that provides ticket management functionality, including ticket panels, categories, transcripts, staff analytics, and a web-based administration dashboard.
By using TicketBot, you agree to:
If you self-host TicketBot, you are solely responsible for:
The TicketBot name, branding, and all associated code are the property of SMRH. You may not redistribute, resell, or rebrand TicketBot or any part of its codebase without explicit written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Use of TicketBot is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TicketBot and its developer (SMRH) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server and deleting your hosted instance.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction of the developer.
For questions about these Terms, please reach out via our Discord support server or contact the administrator of your TicketBot instance.
